10:00: Double E Ranch Hill Trail. 3 mi @ 2 hrs; gain: 900 ft

Stayed on the trail this time and went to the top and a little past. A few boulders at the top made a nice spot for breakfast. Amazing views!

Apparently, this trail goes all the way to Silver City, so there will be more trail than I’ll be able to explore. I’m getting a bit spoiled and will have to make a point of scheduling trips to other trails.

Heard some turkeys on the way back down. I banged my sticks together and they called again but they were too wily, so I didn’t see them.
